I have an auto pay but my account suspended and it's not working right now.  I tried manual payment but my card does not go through.  Also I cannot issue ticket because my login doesn't work and I don't have a phone with me.  Can anyone help me?

@orlandoqiu- That's pretty much all good news. Except that the payment system is pooched...again. I suggest buying a voucher and using the account or 611 to enter it. You can also do real time payments in some stores.

My credit card is valid and has been setup the automatic payment for more than a year.  All the information is correct and I also checked with credit card company, everything related to credit card company is correct.  I could login to my account and I tried to used different credit card number, its not working.  The message is "something went wrong, please try later".  I used account pin for *611, then when it goes to "use credit card to pay my balance", the message goes "we have difficulty for the payment, good-bye" without talking to customer server. The credit card company went through my record and they could see the payment to public mobile on sept 15.  They said that it must to the public mobile payment system went wrong because they couldn't see any rejection from the public mobile.  So pre-authorization should working, but public mobile has issues.

@orlandoqiu- Can you access your registered email inbox? Can you login to your account? Do you know your 4 digit account pin?

It cut off? Were you able to press # (or is it *).

i have the same issue and dialed *611, the message is saying that the account is suspended and it cut off then.

@tiktok0606  While you work the the CSAs, you could purchase a voucher and add it to your account by dialling 611. A suspended account should restart service once the full cost of your plan has been deposited. 

Instant top-ups are currently available at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations. Contact your local store for details.

Most important is to gain access to your account.

You can always send private message (see my post) while you are logged to Community. Agent usually reply within 15-20 minutes.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

You can login to your account from your computer where you are posting this request. Enter your email and have the 2FA sent to your email address or hit forgot password.

Once you are in your account check to see if AutoPay is enabled.
