Hi @1322 you have some good advise on how to get your account number yourself.  PM is more a self serve mobile, you can get the account number quickly without waiting hours from support

  So, go ahead and access My Account and get the account number

If you are looking for your public mobile account number, 2 other members have already posted about going into your My Account to find it.

Have you ever created a My Account before? If not and you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create My Account or forgot My Account email or password link

Or, you can check your email to see if you can find the activation email. Search 'public mobile' and see if you have any luck. The Account Number is in the TO line of that email.
