Hi all, when I log into my account using computer browser, and click on "My account" on top right, it is always redirecting to PM website home page. Can anyone let me know how to resolve this? I have also opened a service ticket. Thanks.

really weird, even if I copy and paste the link https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/, it still redirects me to https://publicmobile.ca/en/. I have opened a ticket.

hi @sayesharc
were you using VPN? make sure you turn that off
and you are logging in from Canada? if you are overseas, there might be problem
and d you try using Public Mobile app? try if you have not tried yet

Unfortunately not working, it is always redirecting to https://publicmobile.ca/en/. I tried Chrome, IE, incognito mode, all same results. Thanks.

could be just a browser cache problem
Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account.
and if you have try the app yet, please try login using the PM app
