My account is suspended how can I do?

To reactivate a suspended account:

1. make a manual payment with an attached credit card on file
2. purchase a public mobile payment voucher at many retail locations (i.e. shell, canadian tire, shoppers, etc)
3. use a service like recharge.com to make payment (charges may apply)

@maggieho7298 @Just as @hTideGnow  has suggested also you can *611 if you know your PIN number , or get a voucher aswell and no pin needed to resume service
