My account is suspended even though I already paid for the plan

HI @RafaelFrKl    you paid on 15th already, did you do a manual top up today?   do you see a $25 as available Fund in My Account

 

did you request a plan change?  there were issues for renewal on the last two days, mainly for those who scheduled  a plan change.  Is your plan showing active now?

 

reboot the phone, reseat your sim card with reboot

  if that not work, open ticket with CS agent  at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent


If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Is this a suspension messaged mentioned inside your Self Serve account?  Check if your service is working (if you haven't already). During the renewal process, all accounts will indicate a status of suspended at some point even if there is nothing wrong with the account.
