My Data is not working

When I signed up for Public Mobile, I was supposed to get 500MB of data, plus a bonus 500 MB of data each month, along with unlimited talk and text. I have not ever been able to use my data. I can only use talk and text, and if I am connected to wi-fi, I can use my phone for that. How to I contact someone at Public Mobile to get my data activated on my sim card? Is there any way to activate the data on my sim card? I pay for that service each month, for months now, but have never been able to use it.

can you do try reseat the SIM card

1.power off your device

2.take out the SIM card,

3.wipe it clean SIM card,

4.put it back and power on,

5.toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset, didn't work. At least try it,

only work after reseating the SIM card.

 

and do rebooting your phone - This one is quick and simple.

 

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

@JoanneJ   Data is always there, it might be just settings you need to tweak to get it working

 

First of all,   did you confirm if Mobile Network is enabled?

 

what kind of phone is yours?

 

if it is an iPhone, maybe you need to connect to the computer and start iTune to download the latest Carrier profile.

 

Or maybe you need to try Network reset?

Which model phone? 

Can you screen shot your APN settings?

 

Some basic troubleshooting advice:

reboot phone

network reset of phone

toggle airplane mode on, then off.

you can also try the SIM card in another working phone.  helps determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.
