I am unable to get to the login screen for my account. https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

Is there a specific website support that we can contact?

Is there another link that we can go to to access our account?

I had the same issue yesterday. After clearing the cache and cookies, I tried browsing both Firefox and Chrom, but I didn't see any difference, so I just gave up.

@tynerkm  There was another post about this problem earlier today. It's likely the site was just down in the morning and seems to be working fine now

There are actually 2 links:

English site: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

French site: https://libreservice.publicmobile.ca/

PM seems to sometimes apply webpage updates during the day (while staff is at work).

Maybe they are prepping the system for an upcoming promo...

When the site doesn't respond like this, better to try again later.

Not working on any browsers on my desktop, but was able to connect through Chrome browser on my Android phone.

It is not loading for me also.  Down for everyone says it's just me.  So, it is a load factor issue.

It's slower than usual, but it's working fine now.

Try clearing your browser cache and open a new tab using incognito mode.

On Windows, it's working with Firefox, not so much with Chrome atm.

Just tried. Working for me on Chrome on Android 

Try clearing your history and cookie cachd.

To reopen a fresh browser or try incognito mode.
