Monthly charge should be cad $10 per month. Recently start charging me $15+tax. Please check and reply to my email xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

To elaborate @Harmei , in the Spring of this year, Public Mobile converted all customers from the Legacy rewards (in which $$$ discounts automatically applied to your monthly charges) to a Public Points system wherein we now all earn 'points'.
These points can be converted to either dollars or to purchase add-ons.
Log into your account, go to your rewards tab, and you'll see the points you've earned so far.

Remove personal email from public forum!
NOBODY from PM is going to reply... This is customer support customers forum.
Most likely you pay now full plan price. No more loyalty, referral and autopay credit every 30 days. All is points now.

First please remove your email address as this is a public forum and not private.
Back in March, Public Mobile removed everyone's legacy rewards and discounts. Now, you have to pay full price.
