Mom can't change credit card

Hello

 

Current situation.

 

Mom has been with Public Mobile she got a new credit card with the same CC# but with a new expiry and her service has been disabled. She doesn't know her login to public mobile and cant access her email. Is there anyway that I can give the updated credit card expiry and have an admin change it so that access to her account can be restored?

 

To recover her email password I need to send an SMS text to her phone which has no service.. so we are stuck.

DON"T provide any personal info here - in public forum.

If she cannot log in into her account, contact agent (she has to contact agent!) and follow agent's instructions to properly identify herself.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

if you can't get into your account  you will need to open a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service agent they will help you mention credit card update
