The solution was to remove the SIM card and install it in another phone.

@a86100 does voice call work?? You checked My Account and confirmed account status is active??
try to reboot your phone first.
if that does not work, and if you have another phone, put your PM sim card there, this will force a sim/account re-provision and could resolve the problem
