hi @en660cato make sure the voicemail quick dial works, just Reset Network Settings and the Voicemail shortcut will be programmed
for calls you see on the history that you do not recognize, if they end with 4001 , then those are just calls got sent to voicemail, it is normal

Try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't work, try resetting your network settings. If that doesn't work, try your SIM card in a different phone. If that doesn't work, contact customer service.
