Hi, I mistakenly accept a text message offer for something else. After accepted I realize it was a different plan all together and not just international call add on. How can I reverse this action and remain my current plan?

@Ryvon If you check your account subscriptions / add in page you should be able to cancel it yourself
Cancel plan change
If that doesn’t work ask support to help

If you accepted the plan for change at renewal, you might be able to cancel that by going into the app and stopping the scheduled change. If you accepted for immediate change, theres nothing you can do on your end, you can message PM and request them to change it for you. You can message them here:
