Hi there,
I spotted a difference of $5.00 higher in my invoices, each month onwards from May 2024- I am fully aware that system changed to "Points System", however, the rewarded value is lower than it was prior to May 2024, so my base charge for invoicing has changed...could Agent please contact me?

Since the change the points, all customers are always charged the full plan of the price. There's no discount until points get manually redeemed. Also, the amounts rewarded are lower by design.

Did you have a 6month promo for new signup expire or something like that?

please click on the orange bubble on lower right side of the page to start process of Customer Support. Give them as much account info as you can ie; ph number, acct number, PM pin number and name on account. They're the only ones who can address the discrepancy.
