Missed payment - am not getting the offer I had

Hi 

I missed my payment and it's been 1 day. I had a black Friday offer which made my 55 dollar plan 35 dollars. I am going to make the payment and it's charging me 55$. Is there a way to get the payment to 35$.

@Peachypineapple   you didn't miss the offer, no worry

the system is when you pay, they will put $20 back

if it is autopay, then you just pay $35

but since you are doing it manually, you have to pay $55 now.  system will put $20 back after as Available Fund.  It will be used for next renewal.  Next renewal you will get another $20, so, basically you only need to pay $15 next time
