You are suggesting that one can send and receive texts while they are overseas. This is not the case at all. You can only receive texts from over seas IF you are in Canada.

@Christianbullen , while the wording might leave room for interpretation, what is actually very interesting and not likely the intention of the wording is that with the roll out of RCS, we can send and receive text internationally provided that there is a data connection, either WiFi or mobile data.

@Christianbullen I agree that the wording could be better, but as with everything, there is always fine print to outline program specifics. As a consumer, it is our duty to read said fine print. If you care to, perhaps PM would like to hear your opinion and may take the suggestion to heart and reword the advertising. Maybe worth a shot so that others wont/dont feel mislead in the future. @Christianbullen see TERMS AND CONDITIONS #2 on subscription page "International picture and text messaging includes text messages that are sent from or received in Canada" Not hidden or misleading at all.

@Christianbullen The CAN/US /MEX are unlimited mins while in any of the 3 countries mentioned . but not unlimited data , just the 5G plans that don’t include US /MEX have unlimited data that’s throttled to 512kbps after data bucket is used up
