• The shutdown at Telus ...will occur in two phases. The first phase will take place in rural Manitoba around Winnipeg and Brandon, which will happen on December 31, 2025.

Yes, some people in Manitoba got a text from PM, but look like the link you posted cover more.  Since Bell and Telus share the network, getting more info with Bell's 3G shutdown helps

Just find it interesting Manitoba seems to get network interruption the 3G shutdown first all the time, the 850 band issue started with them first 2 years ago.  Now, the full 3G shutdown also started with them
