My credit card expired so I have made a manual payment. The credit is showing there but the account didnt activate

Go to your plans or usage page. Click on the lost/stolen feature. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate. Check your transaction history for your 30 DAY PLAN....$10 and your 100 MINUTES....$5 or DATA AT 3G SPEED....$15+? charges with todays date. Your overview page may not update your account status right away but your data and/or minute counters will have reset and your services working again. Log out and reboot if necessary.

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Sometimes, there's a short delay. Try clicking on the reactivate plan button.
