I'm extremely frustrated and vented about it on Facebook etc etc and many attempts to reach you went in vain I've cancelled my service couldn't make local calls .....went to the booth they were unable to help me please refund my money back paid $67

Public mobile is telus which is also bell, we have a top tier network with the best service coverage in ontario. PM beats Rogers by almost 10%. We have less customer service but we have EXCELLENT cellular service. If you actually experience poor cellular service its more likely a user / hardware (phone) issue. Or you live under a rock (or have your walls covered in tinfoil). Based on the address (REMOVE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS) you should be getting the best service in your area of GTA. If you would let us know we can likely assist you in getting the proper service.
