Lost phone. Account is Suspended. Bought new phone and Sim. When I try to Resume Service and activate new sim it does not save changes

@Lost2 You need to login using incognito/private mode or another browser when using self serve account.

@Lost2 make sure you resume your service first
Once that is resume, you can then click Change Sim card from the Quick Link menu on top right. Then you can enter your new sim card number and click Save Change. Reboot your phone and it should connect shortly

Actually you don't want to activate that new sim card. You want to do a sim card swap. Sorry, didn't notice that you were suspended. So yup, you'll have to get your plan and account active again, first.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito mode first.Then try again what you want to do.

You need to first resume the service
Then wait 2 mins, login to My Account again, click Change sim card and then enter the new sim card number to complete the process
