Hi there, my husband lost his phone. He's going to have to order a new SIM I guess. The problem is, when I log into his public account, it says that it is going to send a code to his phone, which then is inputted into the computer. The problem is, you can't get a code from a lost phone and I can't go any farther into account unless I put a code in. Any suggestions on how to access the account or does he need to order a new SIM and change his phone number? Thanks for any help.

Check if email is an option to get the code
Click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and Send email or Send Voice Message should be the available choices, you can choose either way
