Lost phone

I have a friend who has lost his phone while traveling abroad. 

He has returned home now but his account is locked because he is not able to get it authenticated without his phone. And he is also locked out of his email account to which the security code is being sent to! 

How can he go about unlocking his account or speak with an agent? he needs to get a new sim card as well.

Ask your friend to use another email and setup another accout on this Community and use that account to message CS agent

Is he able to message a CS agent without logging into his account? He’s locked out of his account. I messaged them through my account I don’t know if they could help him from me raising a ticket.
