Lost phone

Need to transfer phone number to different carrier but can’t transfer phone number because phone is lost can not verify using phone number

you'll need to take that up with new cell provider.

Maybe take a new number for now, I reckon.

@Tolysalad unless you are transferring to Koodo or Telus, you need to get a new sim, and attach to your account so you can approve the porting via text
