Help. My son lost his phone. Can't remember the email he used to make his account. I have a new sim card and an old phone but don't have a clue how to transfer it all over to a new account/sim card.

You can get customer support to perform the SIM swap for you by answering a few extra verification questions. Contact customer support by typing "forgot login credentials/SIM swap" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via SIMon. If he is unco-operative then use the second option below and read the spoiler contained within.
Since it is unlikely that you will get a response tonight you can use the search bar in any of the emails you have access to and use the search bar to put "public mobile" in to see if the welcome email or any promotional marketing pops up indicating that its likely the email on your son's account.
To contact customer support : Submit a support ticket via SIMon the chat bot Click here
Or if you cannot submit a ticket via SIMon then Click here ....for additional member supplied info

was it a gmail/hotmail he used ? He can search whatever emails he does have with Public Mobile, and once you confirm it, just use the forgot password link mentioned

@Katyell You tried Forgot Password to see if you can reset it?
if you cannot find the login and reset the password that way, open ticket with PM Support to have them sort out the credentials:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
Once you can log back in, request Change SIM card yourself from My Account, pick email to receive 2FA code:
