So I lost my phone almost a month ago and haven't been able to log into any of my accounts because they are all linked to this phone number. I forgot my pm account password and can't even log in to change my sim card and phone so I can use my phone plan again. I need to keep this number because all of my other accounts( email, banking etc.) Are linked to this phone number and without this number I will not be able to gain access to all my other accounts.. please help!!!

@Debalicioussss you might want to open ticket with PM support to get into My Account first and you can put your phone in Lost/Stolen mode. To open ticket with PM support

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
At the same time, did you try to use FindMyPhone service to locate the phone, and maybe remotely lock or wipe the phone?
