Bought new phone and new SIM card, now what ?
Of course want to keep same Public Mobile account and same phone number so I am waiting to activate SIM card.
Submitted a ticket yesterday. Still no answer.
In the meantime, cannot receive text or even install apps because my mobile number is the one to receive codes for forgotten passwords like Applestore lol.
I am losing my sense of humour lol.
Please help !

Are you able to get a new phone? PM offers a few at decent rates, else try Best Buy or Walmart.

can you do try reseat the SIM
1.power down,
2.take out the SIM,
3.wipe it clean,
4.put it back and power it up,
it happened sometime you know, A normal reboot without reset didn't work. At least try it,
only work after reseating the SIM.
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and
waiting for a one minute turn it back on again.
