Lost my phone, can't log in and unsubscribe

I've lost my phone, and I can't log in without the site sending a code to my phone and SIM card... which I don't have. The chatbot was useless. How can I cancel my service?

PM is all done online so type in Submit a Ticket on Start a Chat on the bottom of page or private message a CS_Agent on the envelope icon on a laptop or desktop computer.
