I need to regain access to my Public Mobile account. 
I cannot recall my email or phone number that was used to register.

please help so I am able to top up my accounf

@Dpaul4  You can buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds from your cell phone by failing *611 . But if your account has been suspended more then 90 days then the account is closed . 

you can also ask support to help you figure out your email and number also
