Use clean browser on computer; clear cache; use incognito mode.
Your account has to be in order and all add-ons, gifts, funds should be there. Try again to access it and explain what are you missing.

@CBert54 Not sure what you mean by "options"? Can you give a bit more detail please. Did you make any changes?
