My account was on autopay but got suspended because I lost my credit card and deactivated it, but forgot that it was being used for this account. I tried to make a payment manually after updating my credit card details but I am getting an error message: Your account has already enough balance.
How can I pay so that I can get my service back??

Has any suggested solutions worked?
Sometimes the web page has problems refreshing in real time.
You could try another browser or Incognito mode to see if it works. Clear cache/cookies.
If any solution works for you, we would appreciate a feedback so in the future, other users could draw on it. Thanks.

IF you added the new card to your account, you should be able to call 611 to make a manual payment as well.

Go back into self service to make a manual payment. Choose other in the pull down menu and put in the amount of your plan.
