Just switch the sim over to your new phone.  You would retain all your benefits which are linked to your account.

you don't need to do anything 

just take your old SIM card and put it in your new device.

no you only have to move your existing sim card to your new phone. Your phone number is linked to the card not to the iphone. If you keep the same plan you will loose nothing.
