Long distance calls to the US.

Hi,

1- Do you have to use the US LD add-on minutes within a certain time frame. 2- And without the add-on what is the cost per minute to make a call to the US. Thanks

I feel so stupid, I just figured it out. Other than 800 and 888, I didn't know that 855 was also a toll free number. Thanks for trying to help an IT challenged senior. lol

Are you long term customer that got some free Christmas add-on from years ago?  That add-on included Long Distance calling and call be used to call US

That makes sense but because my plan has add-on for international calls and  because I erroneously thought that the US was included I made a call to the US and it worked. So what do you think happened. Thanks

There is no pay per use cost per minutes.  With the applicable long distance add-on (or a plan that includes calls to the US), the calls won't work.

@foffe  The minutes don’t expire once purchased, only when they run out. 🙂

if you don't have a Canada US plan, you need to buy US calling addon on your My Account, it is 1000 minutes for $15
