I got locked out of my account. I waited 3 hours and I can’t access my account. I forgot my password so I can’t login.

I just had the same issue. I sent a private message to reset and got prompt replies. You will need to provide some information, they will list it out.

contact a cs agent

If everything fails (forgotten pass link, secret answer, etc.) contact agent!
