I’m locked out of my account!!!!! have been messaging moderators.. no one will get back to me there is no number to call. I’m ready to just switch providers I can’t get any help. I love public mobile, but I’m really getting frustrated. Or do I have to go by a new sim to be able to make a new account I can access and lose my number and everything..... this is crazy 🙄

You must have set up autopay or use vouchers to top up? If you used autopay you will continue to get charged until you port you number out. So you might want to get it fixed.

I tried I don’t remember what I set on this account for anything. I’m just going to get a new sim. This too much of a headache to try to get into my account been a week almost just trying to get something done about it. I’ve never logged into it that I can remember. I dunno.

The email that you put in is the username, if you don't remember that how is it that you say the account is locked?
Have you tried a password reset with all your emails that you may have used?

No I can’t remember what email I put in. I just want the account reset so I can access it. Won’t give me any options just says your account has been locked and to
contach them. So I’ve been trying that. Hopefully I can give them my new email and have it all re set up.

Sorry I know it sucks. 😞 They are really busy but working hard to respond to each inquiry. Support staff is small but that’s why this service is such low cost. Rest assured you WILL be taken care of. For me, the extremely rare time I need a moderator to respond I have to wait but the rest of the time I save a lot of money. I save about $490 a year with public mobile so its worth it.
Just remember they are upfront about how their customer service works. "Less for less" "the phone company without a phone number" Good things come to those that wait 🙂
If you need to make a payment or buy add on you can dial 611 from your phone without needing to log in

@Kelseyy28, moderator team response time is up to 48 hours these days due to high volumes of interaction. Please be patient and do not submit multiple messages for the same issue. This will only slow down their progress.

Are you locked out of your Self Serve account?
Have it been suspended due to lack of payment or cancelled after no payment for 90 days?
Have you tried password reset?
