I am locked out because of password; too many attempts. Cannot sign in. At all.

Locked out for 2 weeks, not one hour.

Used Incognito, tried on App and on-line. Both ways, blocked.

PM's solution is "Sign in to get help". I cannot sign it; that's the problem!!!

Please suggest a viable fix, to avoid this loop.

All seems fine, now. I started the Eversafe process, and somehow (I don't know how) it triggered an unlocking of my account.

Payment was never an issue; it's automatic.

Though, my profile does say "Not registered, expires later in Oct".

Since I have been a customer on AutoPay for 3 years, I'm ignoring that.

@Terryscell - are your services working? 

When you call 611 (or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device), Public can still find your account, right?

Note that accounts/numbers are lost if in nonpayment suspended status for over 90 days or have been ported out to another provider.

I fiddled with Community sign-on, and for a reason that escapes me, my account suddenly popped up.

And, it's now available on the PM App, too.

Absolutely no idea what I did, but the steps of your suggestion started something.
