you can still access your account and have the 2FA code sent by text.
Are you having service on your phone?
Are you asking for the $50 refund?

hi you need to contact a customer service agent to reset or change your email
1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
2. alternatively you can private message them here
check your community envelope for a reply

If your old email is not in service anymore you can still access your PM account if you remember PM password.
If not, contact agent to update your email.
