Did you try to change the browser or on incognito mode? And waited 50 minutes? If nothing help write a private message her to the moderator for more help..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 waiting time is few hours to 2 days but they work 7/7 days.
