Hello,
A previous employee created the account for our phone and now we can't get into the account. I need to deactivate the account or transfer it over. I can't access my billing as a result of this.

you can go through the proper channel and ask PM to help, but they will ask you many validation questions, not sure if you can pass
easiest way is to call credit card and do a chargeback, account will then suspended immediately
