I just need to get access to my account and get my account number. I am leaving public mobile. I can’t even get the account number at all. I sent a ticket but nothing is showing up on my previous history of communication.

 

please help! I’m porting over the number to another provider. Why is it so tough to find the account number?

Did you login to your account and go to the Profile section? Move the cursor over your account number to show your number.
