Seems that my SIM card has been locked by mistacke. Can you please advise whom I should contact to get these code of 8 digits?

you used a sim pin and forgot the code? PM can provide you Sim PUK
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

use th chatbubble bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Give them your acct number, ph #, PM pin #, name on acct, etc...
