Need help. I was automatically pushed signed out today.
I am not able to login again.
The page kept saying "Please enter a valid phone number registered to your account".
I am sure I put the correct email address and/or phone number. But the system kept saying I put a invalid one.
I am not able to login to my account. Would you please help on that?
I have to sign up for a new account to submit the ticket, cuz I am not able to sign in to my existing active account to submit the ticket. Please help. Urgent !

Try clearing your cache. Or use a different browser as pm can have cache issues
