Limits on Unlimited Calls

I tried to call someone from my car today. Public Mobile informed me that I have already used up my available time and couldn't place the call. The recorded voice suggested I buy more minutes. This has never happened before, it is only the 8th of the new month, and I have unlimited Canada talk and text! What do I do?

This message is not unknown to happen with customers with unlimited Canada wide calling plans. 

Perform a Reset of your Network Settings.

 

If the problem persists and you are not able to complete the call by adding a '1' in front of the number than contact CSA to check on your account:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator

@chatterbox1964 Check the status of your account. If it looks normal, test all other services like sms or data and check the number you dialed and make sure its correct Canadian number. If other services are working fine, can you call anyone else?

@chatterbox1964 are incoming calls coming through??  and Data??    did you try rebooting the phone as suggested above?? if that still not working and none if incoming/outgoing calls and data working,  login to My Account and  confirm if your account status is Active..

 @chatterbox1964 : This is a 30 day service, not monthly. So the calendar month has no bearing. Can you text in/out? Browse the internet? Can you try dialing with a 1 in front of the 10 digits?

what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
