The struggle to get any assistance to resolve the problem of having my daughter's phone disconnected because we can't log in to pay the bill has taken up way too much of our time. We are locked out of the account, but the only way to get back in involves getting a code sent to her phone - but wait! - she can't get messages to her phone, b/c it's been disconnected. The reset emails never come to either of our email addresses and we haven't had any joy from our requests for help. Public Mobile's a great idea until it all goes wrong.  Guess we're heading back to the big guys.

You can always pay through 611 if you have CC registered with PM or with voucher.

PM is great option for low usage users or who need emergency phone handy.

Some people do experience some intermittent issues but they are easy to resolve. Some have smooth sailing all the way.

Did you try any of the payment options suggested in your other thread?

If you make a payment to cover the plan cost then the plan will reactivate and then the SMS option will get to the phone to be able to login to the account.

Sorry to read that! PM is still a great option, so perhaps reconsidering getting a new number and new account will help you, and then choosing not to have the 2-factor authentification, which can be a huge hassle when something happens to either the phone or the line. Best of luck regardless!
