Hey community, I just noticed I received some kudos in my notification feed. Was just wondering what is the difference between kudos and bravos? if they are the same does anyone knew why some sometimes they show up as kudos instead of bravos.
Just a curiosity 🙂

@dearmusic, i think you are correct.I looked at my history and when there were 3+ bravo turned to kudos.

I always thought kudo is a Koodo thing, and thought cause they are under Telus as well, so this happens.

Let's test it out I guess. Have a Bravo.

That could be right. I had two notifications listed with one Oracle's name in the first line as a 'bravo', and then the same Oracle in the second line lised with another user, and a reference to multiple other 'kudos from members'
That might be what's happening.

I am 99.9% sure they are the exact same thing, just random synonyms the system uses. I have noticed the oddity of this before, but I can't seem to determine any pattern or reason it picks one or the other so I think its random.

If this is the case and if confirmed maybe we could have a "voting contest " in the public lab for some other synonyms (yeah I got to use the word aswell) that we would like to see in addition to kudos and bravos 🙂

I think if a mod bravo you, it become a kudo...
I lied. Sorry...

I've noticed this too, and simply think someone has programmed a list of synonyms, so that the email notifications aren't always the same.
Neat idea if I'm right... I just wanted to use a fancy work like synonyms! 😉
