I want to go on a holiday to Uganda for four months and I don't want to lose my service during that period.
What is the procedure or what do I need to do and what will be the monthly cost?

When is your renewal relative to your departure date? You will need to renew one time, but if you time it right you may be able to renew just before leaving, turn off autopay and that will essentially buy you 4 months, now if you go beyond that you will want to renew a few days before the deadline and that will def cover you until you are back

Here are your options for your service while out of the country....
**Download a voip provider app such as textnow or fongo for free calling and texting.
Most important mark on your calendar day 85 of your suspension and day 90. Do not forget when you must unsuspend your account via lost/stolen and/or pay and reactivate your service so you don't lose your phone number and account. Happy travels and Stay--Safe!

You could do nothing and just let it keep renewing if you're on autopay.
Otherwise, this provider gives their customers a 90 day period of suspension before fully deactivating.

Login to account and change your plan to the $15/month plan and enable AutoPay so it will pay for the 4 month service so this will guarantee you won’t lose your number.
The other option is more riskier, if you stop payment for 90 days. Your account will be Suspended and on the 87th days reinstate your payment. This will leave you 3 days just incase anything goes wrong.
If you forgot to make the payment…you will loss your number.

@T7-P7 current inmarket plans only work whilst in Canada. If you are travelling to USA, there are ROAMING addons available for purchase to be added to an Active plan.
But, sorry, there is no Roaming services available in Uganda.
Best to research for a local SIM service for that area.
NOTE: if you can suspended your services by not paying for up to 90 days. But after 90 days of nonpayment you lose your account, phone number and access to self serve.
So if you want to keep your account and phone number, keep that in mind.
Perhaps change to the lowest $15 plan if you want to keep autopayments going. OR, stop paying, but ensure to make a payment around the 85th day to ensure your account goes into ACTIVE status so your don't lose it.
