Hi, so I just got the $29 per month as an e-sim and downloaded the app as it said to finish the activation and tried logging into the app, and after logging in, it sends me back to the login page. I powered off and powered on my phone already, and nothing changed, and I made sure my phone is compatible (iPhone 14 Pro). Any suggestions or tips?

Hi, thanks for the quick replies. So I deleted the app and then restarted my phone again and downloaded the app again, and logged in. It worked, the only issue is that the app is under maintenance. I checked my cellular and I couldn't find PM, I think it's cause I am still at the pre-activation stage, where I have to use the app to transfer my number and activate my SIM. Anyway to see the expected/estimated time for the maintenance to be done?

try reboot phone and relogin the app and see if the app can complete the activation
and check sim manager or settings ->cellular and see if the PM eSIM is already there and make sure it is enabled

First, go into your carrier settings and make sure you choose the PM eSIM set as primary. Then reboot. Sadly if it's returning to the log in page all the time, to me it sounds like a cache issue and you'd need to reinstall the app. However, you can reach out to a CS Agent for technical assistance.
