When I tried to change subscription, $35 CA-US-MX BlackFriday Plan is not listed.
Is there anyway I can switch my plan to $35 CA-US-MX BlackFriday Plan ? I just signed up 2 days ago....

No It didnt..It only 2 other plans that werent black friday. thats why i did the support ticket. The agent said he could do the exemption for the plan change since I was less than 24 hours as a new customer.

if you login My Account and go to Change Subscription page, do you see the new $35 Can/US/Mex plan there? if it is there, then just schedule a plan change using Change on Renewal to start with the new plan next month

I just subbed yesterday to the $36 and then today the $35 can/us/mex was offered. I created a support ticket and was able to change it to the new plan successfuly. I'm out a buck. Hope they dont offer something better next week. Probably should have waited till the final offerings.

don't need to wait. If you see a good plan you like now, just schedule the plan change using "Change on Renewal" option and the plan change will take place after this current cycle
just dont use Change Now option or your plan will be change immediately and current unfinished cycle will be a waste with no partial refunds

In addition to the other comments and suggestions, I read somewhere that you can only switch after a billing cycle and not within a billing cycle. So you may have to wait until your next month charge comes up and then check account again. Good luck.

this might be true for you but I 'spect everyone has different options available at any given time. Wife has the $25 plan but only option if $30 and higher.

anyone on the mid-tier plans (like $25) would see all plans too, like $19, $20, $23, $25
So, anyone wants to "move down" should take this opportunity, not sure how long it will last

@hTideGnow This is "generally" true and might explain @YiYaYo 's problem. There may be exceptions to the "general rule", but they are frustratingly rare for existing customers.
PM customers should really think hard when they sign up for a plan. For a few dollars more, you can get a whack load of data (or US/Mexico usage) but then find that you never use them. But then you are stuck at the higher price and "generally" have no way to go back to a lower price plan.

the $35 line is not entirely true. People with $50 plan can change to $30 plan

If so, PM's general policy is not to allow you to change your subscription to a cheaper plan ($35).
If that is your situation, you may try to open a ticket with a CS_agent and see if they will change it for you. Good luck.

could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

Individual offers vary by customer, and they don't tend to provide too many options for downgrading spend unfortunately. Have you checked under Change Plan on your account to see if it's there?
