Just paid for subscription says it’s expired.

I just got a subscription and activated my eSIM. Log into the app and says my account is suspended pending payment and says my subscription was for july31-august30. It’s august 31st today. Already unhappy with my switch.

Hello. I know this post is almost a year old, but I am having the same problem….
How did you get it to work? Did the customer service solve it for you?

All fixed now. 🙂 thanks everyone. 

@Kyleshura  Strange but at least you have service now 🙂 there are times on renewal when your services will work and we get error messages saying account is on hold . When this happens you can safely ignore the error messages it’s just the system hasn’t fully updated yet. But this is the first time I’ve seen it happen to someone activating

if you use the browser and Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login , you should see the proper cycle date and payment date

Rebooted and now I have service. But still the same suspended issue. I guess I’ll wait for it to get fixed. 

@Kyleshura  Have you tried rebooting the phone and or reset network settings . Sorry if you already answered this .

Do all the details in the account match what they should be? I wonder if the system somehow slotted you in to a different account that suspended overnight last night.

Also it’s searching for service all the time. Is this due to the suspended account. I’d hate for my eSIM to not work after switching. 

@Kyleshura  they should respond to you with in the hour with some verification questions before helping you . Hope you get quick reply and sorted out promptly

Hopefully they fix it. My phone is useless right now and I’m not paying 50 dollars for nothing.

It still says it’s suspended. Shows no payment history but my card was charged.

when did you activate? could be ache problem

if you check using app, try to uninstall and reinstall and see. Or if you were using browser, login with Incognito/Private/Secret mode again
