Trying to hook friend up, and the system will not send a code to her gmail account…what do I do?

Thank you for your reply. We set up a new gmail account for her this afternoon. It is working because I sent her an email, and she sent me an email, and both went through. But when I tried to go and create an account for her, PM’s confirmation code wasn’t received in her gmail in box, or spam. She has gone home now, but I am going to put in a ticket. Thanks again.

@Tessieboo1952, I'm also using my gmail email for my account which is working fine. If repeated attempts are still not working for you I would open a ticket through the Chatbot:

hi @Tessieboo1952 you cam see the referral code easier by going to the rewards site
When you are in My Account, click "Rewards " on the top right to go to Rewards site. There it will show you the Friend code. Just send the code to your friend. When he activate, he will enter that in the payment step

@Tessieboo1952, are you referring to a confirmation code? Check to see if it's in your spam or trash folder

hi @Tessieboo1952 when you look at the link you sent, the last 6 characters is the code. Just send him that
