Its showing security issue for some reason. The app and even online, i cant get into my account. I paid today for my subscription and when I went back to the app, it was okay for an hour everything was working but after that, the app is asking me to select a new number and stuff. It wont let me go back to previous number I already had and when I log in online to my account, its showing that I’m unauthorised.

No. Public Mobile does not have a contact phone number. The only way to contact them is through the Direct Messages system. However the chats can take hours to resolve.

I would try deleting the app, restart your phone and then try to download the app again and try to log in. If you get that error again, please contact a CS Agent to re-link your account.
