We have a $50autopay account with unlimited text and talk and some data
we are now in the us and wanted to increase the data with an add on. Did that and went through it quickly as we are on our boat and checking the weather frequently because of huricane Fiona
we still have data left that came with our plan but the PMob system says we have run out. What the heck? It is crucial that we get these reports for our safety.

HI @svnelleke if you got the US roaming add-on, best is to use clear cache and relaunch the browser to check My Account for the correct usage
If you didn't get the US roaming or really used it up, if you have Wifi, you can use VoIP phone like TextNow to make calls back to Canada to report your safety. Just download the app and pick a Canadian phone number and call using app on Wifi

Are you on a cruise ship? If so your best option is to use their wifi. If not, see instructions provided by the other replies to fix the issue.

For US service you would need US add-on. Being on a boat, somewhere on a water I doubt you will get any service from PM's US add-on as people on a land do not get service due to shut down of 3G in USA.

@svnelleke first, did you get the US data add-on instead if the regular data addon? When you are in US, you need the roaming addon. Amd make sure you are connected to T-Mobile or AT&T if you just have US roaming Data addon
